Eden Gardens State Park
Eden Gardens State Park is a gorgeous park with lots of beautiful oak trees and greenery that will give you all the golden light and fairy tale vibes. Not only do they have gorgeous oak trees for the sun to peek through (creating the most beautiful light), but they also have a wooded area with trails. And the camellias that bloom in the springtime? They are absolutely stunning and something you have to see if you visit during the spring. Psst... the state park even has a camellia festival there every year! How cool!
This location is perfect for couples who want something a little more romantic and enchanted-forest-feeling. The moss-draped oaks create natural archways that are seriously dreamy, and the dappled sunlight filtering through the leaves is everything. If you're planning a spring session, definitely time it around those camellia blooms — they're seriously show-stopping!

Grayton Beach State Park
Craving the beaches on 30A but also want some other scenery? Grayton Beach State Park is a gorgeous state park along the 30A area. Nestled away in the quiet little town of Grayton Beach, Florida, Grayton Beach State Park is such a stunning location for couples photos along the Emerald Coast. They not only have beach access with close parking, but they also have super pretty dune trails for you to explore. These dune trails have sugar-soft sand and go through the trees that will remind you of all the wild jungle vibes as far as the eye can see. Such a fun option for a beachy and trail location all in one!
This is hands down one of my favorite 30A photography spots because you literally get the best of both worlds. We can start in the dunes with that wispy grass and intimate trail vibes, then head to the beach for sunset. The variety you get here is unmatched, and if you have a furry friend, you can bring them into the dunes (just not on the beach)!

Point Washington State Forest
Sometimes couples want more than just one location for their engagement session, so if it's not too hot outside, I'll take them to this secluded state forest before heading over to one of the beach towns. The tall pine trees and dense pine needles covering the ground make for a magical environment, especially when the sun is shining through the trees. It's located on a hill, so you get an amazing view at the top!
This spot is perfect for couples who want something different — like really different. It's totally off the beaten path, so if you're outdoorsy or just want something unique that doesn't scream "beach vacation," this is IT.

Rosemary Beach is another beautiful little town along 30A and another place full of backdrop possibilities. I love the brick roads winding through the town and the bright, European-inspired buildings that line them. There's also a large, grassy square located in the middle of the town, which is great for taking portraits.
The architecture at Rosemary Beach is SO unique, making it such a beautiful backdrop to your photos. We're talking cobblestone streets, charming courtyards, gorgeous wrought iron details, and pops of color everywhere. Plus, you have to be a guest of the town to shoot here, which means it's way less crowded than public spots. That private beach access for sunset photos? Absolute perfection!

Seaside has so many beautiful spots to enjoy, it’s no secret why this place has become incredibly popular! With lots of options for places to grab a bite to eat or a drink after your session, this is one place I recommend visiting even if you don't do your session here. I love this place for its sweet, Southern charm and the beautiful architecture.
Did you know that Seaside is one of the most photographed spots in all of 30A? Each of the nine beach pavilions has a different design element, so you get tons of variety even just shooting at the beach accesses! The downtown area around Ruskin Square has ivy-covered walls, hidden alleyways, and the cutest little shops that make for amazing backdrops.

Alys Beach is like stepping into the Mediterranean! This luxury beach community is unlike anything else you'll see along the Emerald Coast. Absolutely stunning for couples photography!
The palm-lined streets and perfectly manicured courtyards give major Santorini vibes, but you're right here in Florida. This spot is perfect for couples who want something elegant, modern, and a little bit luxurious-feeling. Fair warning, though… you have to be a homeowner or staying on property to shoot here, but it's totally worth it if you can!
