The Heritage House | Luxury Wedding Venue | 30A Florida

Modern luxury wedding venue with Italian inspired architecture

Nestled in the woods along the 30A coastline in Panama City Beach, The Heritage House is a stunning, modern-European designed wedding venue unlike anything else along the Florida Panhandle. This is the perfect location for an indoor/outdoor wedding ceremony and reception: and you can still have those gorgeous beach wedding portraits! With beach accesses less than a 5 minute drive from the venue, you have total flexibility for your dream day.

If you're searching for a luxury wedding venue on 30A or a high-end elopement venue near Panama City Beach, The Heritage House deserves a spot at the top of your list. It's quickly become one of my favorite venues to shoot along the Florida Panhandle, and I wanted to put together everything you need to know if you're considering it for your own wedding or elopement.

The Venue Details

The architecture both inside and outside of The Heritage House is jaw dropping, and something you don’t see every day in Florida. Tuscan-inspired details make this place truly unique, and perfect for couples who want their wedding day to mix modern style with traditional class. Arched windows, iron details, concrete exterior, and the integrated indoor-outdoor space surrounded by tall trees make The Heritage House the ultimate wedding venue for couples looking for an elegant, luxurious experience.

The venue itself is 2,900 square feet with an expansive outdoor space that can accommodate a ceremony, a reception, or both. Whether you are wanting an intimate ceremony or a larger celebration, there is plenty of space for either! The indoor capacity is 95 people, while the outside space does not have a limit. The Heritage House also offers a gorgeous bridal suite for getting ready, as well as a groom’s suite, and both are absolutely stunning to photograph in.

Because it works equally well as an intimate elopement venue and a full-scale luxury wedding venue, The Heritage House is one of the more versatile spots on 30A, which is a rare find for couples who want that high-end look without needing a massive guest list.

How to Book Your Wedding or Elopement at The Heritage House

The Heritage House requires a licensed and insured event planner to be involved right from the start of the process, and as a wedding photographer, I absolutely love this. It really ensures that things will go as smoothly as possible, and having a planner is essential if you want to actually enjoy every moment of your big day. You shouldn’t have to be stressing about the small details!

Once your planner is on board and you've toured the venue, the next step is building out the rest of your vendor team: florist, caterer, and of course, your photographer. I'll link a few more of my favorite Panhandle vendors at the end of this post if you want some recommendations!

Photography at The Heritage House

Many of my couples who come to me want photography that not only captures their day, but tells the story and feels like artwork. If that is something you’re wanting for your wedding photography, then you will love The Heritage House. The lighting at this venue is absolutely stunning, especially with that golden hour glow.

Sharp shadows create bold statements for portraits, the concrete comes to life and makes the most stunning backdrop, and the tall trees make you feel like you’re in your own fairytale.

If that’s the style you’re dreaming of, I recommend that outdoor ceremonies start about 2 hours before sunset so you have plenty of time for those golden hour portraits and a cocktail hour that will be absolutely incredible. I’ll work with your planner to blend a photography timeline into the rest of the day, so everything feels seamless and looks exactly as you’ve envisioned it.
